Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Subscription Terms") govern all recurring subscription purchases made through deaessentials.com (the "Site"), operated by DeaEssentials ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a subscription purchase, you ("you" or "Subscriber") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms, in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. What Is a Subscription
A subscription is a recurring purchase arrangement in which a selected product is automatically shipped to you and your payment method is automatically charged at regular intervals. Subscription details, including the product, price, and delivery frequency, are clearly displayed on the product page before you complete your purchase.
By clicking the checkout button and completing payment for a subscription product, you provide your informed consent to recurring billing under the terms described on this page.
2. Billing & Payment
Recurring Charges
Your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the listed subscription price on a recurring cycle (every 4 weeks, unless a different frequency is stated on the product page at the time of purchase). Billing will continue at the selected interval until you cancel your subscription.
Pre-Charge Notification
We will send you an email notification approximately one (1) day before each upcoming charge. This email serves as a reminder and gives you the opportunity to skip, modify, or cancel before you are billed. It is your responsibility to review these notifications and take action if you do not wish to be charged.
Payment Failures
If a scheduled charge fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. We are not responsible for any fees your bank or payment provider may charge as a result of failed transactions.
3. Pricing & Price Changes
Subscription prices are as displayed on the product page at the time of your initial purchase. We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. If a price change affects your active subscription, we will notify you via email before your next billing cycle. Continued subscription after receiving such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next charge.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription. At any time, you may:
- Cancel your subscription entirely
- Pause your subscription temporarily
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Modify your delivery frequency, product selection, or shipping address

5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees and no questions asked. To cancel, visit your account portal or contact our support team.
Upon cancellation:
- You will not be charged for any future billing cycles.
- Any orders that have already been processed and/or shipped will still be delivered and are not affected by the cancellation.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for charges that have already been processed.
6. Refunds & Returns for Subscription Orders
Important: Subscription orders are non-refundable and non-returnable by default. Please review the details below carefully.
No Refunds for Recurring Charges
Because you are notified via email before each upcoming charge and have the ability to cancel, skip, or pause at any time, refunds are not provided simply because a recurring charge was processed. If you do not wish to receive a future shipment, you must cancel or skip before the charge date.
Dissatisfaction with the Product Itself
If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality or condition of a subscription order you received (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under our general Refund & Return Policy. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the same terms and conditions that apply to all orders.
What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
- Charges processed after you were notified by email and did not cancel or skip in time
- Orders that have already shipped
- Change of mind after a charge has been processed
- Failure to update your shipping address before a shipment was dispatched
7. Shipping & Delivery
Subscription orders ship on a recurring schedule based on your selected delivery frequency. Shipping times and methods are the same as those outlined in our general Shipping Policy. All subscription orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying subscription orders as indicated on the product page.
8. Communications & Notifications
As an active subscriber, you will receive the following transactional communications:
- Order confirmation emails after each charge
- Shipping and delivery updates
- Pre-charge reminder emails (sent approximately one day before each billing date)
- Subscription management notifications (changes, pauses, cancellations)
These transactional emails are essential to the operation of your subscription and cannot be opted out of while your subscription is active. They are not marketing communications.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including your payment method, shipping address, and contact details. If your payment method expires or your shipping address changes, it is your responsibility to update this information in your account portal. We are not liable for failed deliveries or billing issues caused by outdated account information.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If material changes are made that affect your active subscription, we will notify you via email. Continued use of our subscription service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Subscription Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our general Terms of Service.
